MAHA5 is an Indonesian Virtual Youtuber agency that is part of the content creator entertainment business, operated by two companies: PT Rentracks Creative Works and ShintaVR. The content activities of this Vtuber agency include entertainment, music, animation, and live streaming.
Our goal is to connect Indonesia with Japan through the popular culture of Japanese animation (Anime) presented in the form of virtual YouTubers, and to accompany the Indonesian community through our regularly scheduled and coordinated digital content. Our Vtuber agency is named MAHA5 (MahaPanca), which holds many meanings in two languages: Japanese and Sanskrit. "MAHA" can mean Mach (the speed of sound) or the highest or greatest. The number 5 is taken from the reference to Pancasila (the five principles), which is the foundational symbol of Indonesia. Therefore, 5 is called "Panca" to signify that the agency originates from Indonesia.
The agency made its debut on October 22, 2019, with a Virtual Youtuber named Andi Adinata. This was followed by Alia Adelia (Andi Adinata's sister) and NanaRika, forming the first generation of the MAHA5 Vtuber agency. As the agency grew, MAHA5 formed several subsequent generations: generation 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on. Currently, MAHA5 has 12 virtual YouTuber channels and continues to grow and expand.
